The last few weeks have been quite chaotic and I was not always able or in the mood to take pictures. Therefore occasionally some photos from the archive … Made in 2010.
Now and before
Not so long ago I took this picture, lights, people and fun. Now this same square is empty. Its spring and the sun is there. Maybe in the near future there will be lights, people and fun again!
Work café, work in progress?
On my way to work via the Luchtsingel I walked past this place, the door was open and on the board what you can just see is: “Work Café”. You first have to go through the opening of the gate and as you can see people are still busy with work at the building. The “Work Café” is another Work in progress, so to speak!

Waiting for spring
Today I had lunch at a cafe I visit for years! And I was just in time to get a seat for one of the large windows. Many people had the same idea, get out of the cold, get inside and enjoy a nice lunch! Looking outside the big terrace was empty, the tables and chairs wet and cold, waiting for spring! And finally, enjoy your saturday as much as I do!
Night on the town
This is the Stadhuisplein (Cityhall square) right in front of the cityhall. Its free of traffic and has many cafes and restaurants and is popular with tourists and locals alike! And if there is a big victory of one of the local footballclubs thousands of people celebrate here. I didn’t spend the evening here, I just shot this photo for you and went home to put in on the blog…
