Taken in 2018, a early morning start in the tramdepot of RET Kralingen.
A daily dose of Rotterdam since august 2019
Walking the dog I passed the Noorderbrug, I liked the view, the old trees and in contrast with all, the blue sky! I’ve to work late but I don’t mind, it was a great, fresh start of today, so I’m ready!
A few stats:
The Noorderbrug in Rotterdam is a bridge over the Rotte at the height of Noordplein. The bridge forms the connection between the Oude Noorden and Crooswijk. It is 40 meters long and 20 meters wide. Built in 1910-1911 on the foundation of its predecessor.
This morning the sun was rising and illuminated the other bank of the river Maas, the south of Rotterdam with the three towers of the building Rotterdam at the left. I stood on the Willemsplein while taking this picture and I’m happy with it!
Ai! Internet left me and the blogpost got stuck! This is my post for thursday, a busy day at work and home and now I’m exhausted and got a headache! For now this picture of a golden morning in Rotterdam, the Binnenrotte where the weekly market has its place. Tomorrow a fresh picture to start the weekend!
Sometimes a early (monday)morning can be so beautiful in terms of light! Walking to the metro (or subway or underground) my route was through this street, the Korte Hoogstraat and the sun offered me this photo opportunity! I took advantage of it and now you can also see and feel a Rotterdam morning!
